ScreenAutoOn is a Mac menu bar app with an iPhone companion app. It helps keep your Mac awake when needed, lets you manage monitored apps, lets you check Mac status from iPhone, and lets you request sleep remotely when supported by your plan.

• Monitored app information, such as app names and bundle identifiers
• App activity state, such as whether a monitored app is active
• Basic device state needed for the product experience, such as whether your Mac is online or recently active
• Purchase and entitlement status provided by Apple

3. How Information Is Used

• Keeping your Mac awake when selected conditions are met
• Showing monitored apps and status on iPhone
• Allowing iPhone to request sleep for your Mac
• Applying Pro purchase and subscription status

4. Account Model

ScreenAutoOn does not require a custom account.

• No email registration
• No username and password
• No third-party login

5. Sync and Apple Services

ScreenAutoOn uses Apple technologies to support the experience across your devices under the same Apple ID.

• Sync uses iCloud / CloudKit
• Purchases and subscriptions use Apple StoreKit / the App Store

We do not operate our own account backend for this product flow.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

7. Data Retention

Data used by ScreenAutoOn is retained only as needed to provide the app’s functionality and related Apple-platform services.

8. Your Choices

You can stop using ScreenAutoOn at any time, remove monitored apps, and manage your Apple subscription through Apple’s subscription management tools.

ScreenAutoOn is not directed to children.
